Former Cowgirl softball player Shanel Scott is the single-season career record-holder for stolen bases at Oklahoma State University. Scott plays for the New England Riptide in the All-National Pro Fastpitch League.
Senior midfielder Sasa Jackson started in every game but one in 2006. Jackson took only 16 shots but scored five goals and added three assists. Her point total was fourth highest on the team.

Former OSU wrestler Jake Rosholt won his first mixed martial arts fight and a Masters of the Cage title belt on Saturday night at the Coca-Cola Bricktown Events Center in Oklahoma City.
Orange Peel is a yearly event that was started in 1996, according the event’s Web site. The student executive committee hopes to have its artist and comedian set by the first week of August.
