Oklahoma State pitcher Tyler Lyons has been invited to participate in the USA Baseball national team trials.

Oklahoma State University officials have decided against what would have been a temporary switch to a four-day work week.

Oklahoma State officials said Monday the Cowboys’ game on Aug. 30 will be on Fox Sports Net. The game will be played at Qwest Field in Seattle instead of on the Washington State campus in Pullman.

As of Monday, Oklahoma State was two months ahead of last year’s football season-ticket sales pace. Perhaps because of the new Bedlam ticket policy, OSU has sold 1,800 more season tickets than it had by this time a year ago.
