Faulk was 6-of-12 from the floor and 6-of-6 from the free-throw line. Junior Jessica Spinner, who had 13 points for the Cowgirls, was 3-of-6 from behind the arc. She also dished out four assists.
Shelby Hutchens added 10 points, five assists and four steals while Jessica Bates had 10 points and five rebounds.
K-State freshman Nicole Ohlde scored a team-high 18 points for the Wildcats, but was just 8-of-18 from the floor. Kristin Rethman added 12 points and 10 rebounds, while Kim Woodlee chipped in 14 points. Rethman and Woodlee combined for 8-of-19 from behind the arc.
The Cowgirls took a 39-22 lead into the locker room after shooting 60 percent (15-of-25) from the floor. Four players each had six points or more in the period, led by Spinner and Hutchens, each with eight. Ohlde led all scorers at the intermission with 11 points, although she spent the last three minutes on the bench after picking up her second foul.
After the blistering first half, OSU shot just 37 percent in the second stanza, including just 2-of-9 from three-point range.
The Cowgirls outrebounded K-State, 37-36.
The win moves OSU into a tie for fifth place in the Big 12 Conference.
Oklahoma State (12-8 overall, 4-5 Big 12) will travel to Ames, Iowa, next week to play the eighth-ranked Iowa State Cyclones on Wednesday, Feb. 7, at 7 p.m.
Kansas State (11-9, 1-8) will host the Missouri Tigers on Feb. 7 at 7 p.m.
