"I’m Gonna Be Dead Someday," NewsRadio alum Rogan’s comedy album debut, comes with a parental advisory sticker.
It was obvious from track titles like "Other countries suck" and "Oral sex is healthy" that this review needed a man’s touch.
So, introducing the Daily O’Collegian roundtable discussion participants: Cary Aspinwall (the token female), Justin Juozapavicius, Ben Newby, Ryan McNeill and Justin Wilmeth.
After gathering in Justin’s office, we popped in the CD and prepared to be shocked.
(Rogan begins by spouting off approximately every curse word known to man by the end of the first track.)Cary — He’s dirty.
Justin — I like the old Redd Foxx school of comedy — gotta love the raunch.
Ryan — I like it when he talks about ovulation.
Ben — This guy says a lot of dirty words. I don’t think my mom would let me listen to this.
Cary — Which do you like best — his comments on women, homosexuals or men?
Justin — Women.
Ben — Women.
Ryan — Women.
(Rogan starts a piece on the idiosyncrasies of Los Angeles strippers.
Laughter ensues from the boys, who apparently have much experience with Los Angeles strippers.)
Ryan — This guy is belly laughter.
Justin W. — This guy is politically incorrect and I like it.
Ryan — He says what everyone thinks.
Cary — Who would like this CD?
Ben — This is your 2:30 in the morning, still drunk CD.
Ryan — Girls who read Maxim.
Cary — Who would you buy this CD for?
Justin — Ben.
Justin W. — Ben.
Ryan — Ben.
